Sigma Lambda Gamma

sigma lambda gammas

Sigma Lambda Gamma is the largest historically Latina-based national sorority with a multicultural membership in its chapters and alumnae associations throughout the United States. Our Founding Mothers broke the barriers of traditional sororities in their time to create an organization for women of every culture and socio-economic background. Our members recognize the need for togetherness and support among women of varying cultures at the university level and they remain dedicated to the overall success of women in a global environment. We stand for providing a mechanism of empowerment to all women and our mission is to bring that to ALL women of Texas State.
